Primer Instruction Manual

Students should start at their individual level of mastery. While concepts are reviewed continuously throughout the Math-U-See Curriculum, it is important that previously presented concepts have prepared a solid foundation. Please read the information below and use the placement tools provided to determine which level best meets the needs of your student. 

Your student may be ready for Primer if they:

• Are beginning to show interest in numbers and counting
• Can follow simple directions
• Can concentrate on a task for at least 10 minutes
