Important things to note:
- Shipping estimates refer to transit time after the shipping company has received the package. They do not include processing time.
- Please allow 2 business days for processing.
- We process shipments Monday through Thursday.
- During times of high volume (July-September), processing times may increase up to 4 days.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, and FPOs may take longer than the estimates below.
- If your order is time-sensitive, please contact our customer success team for the most accurate shipping estimate.
- While we strive to have your order delivered as quickly as possible, all time-frames are estimates. We do not make any guarantees that your order will arrive on a given day or at a specific time.

Expedited Shipping—Live Rates
Includes options for ground and express shipping that may result in a faster delivery. Costs are based on live rates calculated using your zip code and the total weight of the order. Total time for delivery is also contingent on our processing time and our business hours. -

Return Policy Details
- Any retail item purchased directly from Demme Learning is eligible for a return.
- To be eligible for a return, you must be the original purchaser making the return.
- To return an item for a full refund or exchange, please call Customer Service at 888-854-6284 prior to shipping the item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs via the carrier of choice.
